Terms and conditions

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the public Simulator website. By using the site you accept them. The Simulator platform is governed by a separate contract with your company.

Who runs the site

The site is run by ADR Center Global S.B.r.l., based in Rome, Italy. Contact: academy@adrcenter.com.

What the site is for

The site presents Simulator and lets you request a demo. What you read here is general information, not a binding offer: features, timing and conditions are those of the contract. Names, faces, companies and figures shown on the site are illustrative.

Answers and scenarios written by artificial intelligence

The site's assistant and the use cases page write text automatically, with an artificial intelligence model. They may contain errors or inaccuracies: they are not advice and are not commitments. Scenarios built on a company come from public information; they do not mean that the company is our customer or has any relationship with us, and its names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Fair use

Please do not use the site in a way that harms it or others. In particular, you may not:

Intellectual property

The site's texts, videos, graphics, trademarks and code belong to ADR Center Global S.B.r.l. or to their owners, and are protected by law. You may quote and share them with a link to the site.

Liability

We take care of the site, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content. This does not limit liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other sites, such as Wikidata. We are not responsible for them.

Privacy

How we handle data is explained on the Privacy page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Rome have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law gives a visitor, as a consumer, the right to a different court.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always on this page, with the date at the top.
