Where does the content come from?
From your documents and your experts. Each procedure becomes a lesson and a role-play, reviewed and published by your team.
Who decides what people practice?
You do. The platform suggests scenarios and learning paths; you choose.
Who is on the other side of the role-play?
An AI avatar on video, playing a customer, colleague or team member. After each role-play, the AI coach gives feedback and a score from 0 to 10 on twelve skills.
What about the training we already run?
It stays. Simulator turns what people learn there into practice, all year, and takes over the work of writing courses, booking classrooms and tracking completion by hand.
Who can see the scores?
Each employee sees their own; managers see their team's. Before the pilot, we agree with you how to inform employees, as the law requires for AI at work.
Where is the data stored?
In the EU. Video calls are never recorded: only the transcript and the score are kept.
Does it replace our LMS?
No, it works alongside it. It runs in the browser, with nothing to install.
Which languages are supported?
English, Italian and Arabic today. Others on request.
