This notice explains what data this website collects, why, and for how long. It covers the public Simulator website. Use of the platform, once you sign in, is governed by your company's contract and its own notice.
Who is responsible
The data controller is ADR Center Global S.B.r.l., based in Rome, Italy. For any question about your data, write to academy@adrcenter.com.
What we collect, and why
- Demo requests. Your name, company, work email, the size of your company, the page you write from and your browser's language. We use them only to get back to you and arrange the demo you asked for. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request reaches our team by email.
- Logging in to the demo. The email you enter on the Log in page. It is used only to send you a sign-in link, and the link is sent only if that address already has an account.
- Questions to the site's assistant. The text of your question is sent to an artificial intelligence model to write the answer, using only this site's content. We do not keep the questions. Please don't include personal data.
- Use cases for your company. The company or industry name you type is looked up on Wikidata, directly from your browser, and sent to an artificial intelligence model to write the examples. Logos may load from Wikimedia Commons.
- Technical data. Like any website, the service that hosts it records technical data about visits (IP address, browser, page, time) to run it and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
The site uses a single, technical cookie: lang, which remembers the language you chose for one year. We use no profiling cookies and no visitor analytics. Fonts, images and videos are served by the site itself.
Who processes it for us
Your data is processed on our behalf by providers that use it only for the service they give us:
- Vercel, which hosts the site;
- Resend, which delivers emails (demo requests and sign-in links);
- DeepSeek, based in China, the artificial intelligence model behind the assistant and the use cases: it receives the text of your questions and the company or industry names you type;
- Wikimedia (Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons), queried by your browser for the company search.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union: in the United States and, for DeepSeek, in China, a country for which the European Commission has not recognised an adequate level of protection. Transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. This is why we ask you not to enter personal data in the assistant or in the use cases search. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we need to answer you and follow up on any relationship that comes from it, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact. Questions to the assistant are not kept. Technical data follows the hosting service's retention.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Just write to academy@adrcenter.com. If you believe your data is not handled properly, you can complain to a data protection authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
If we change this notice, the new version will be on this page with the date at the top.
